In 2021, RRA delivered the Gandhinagar Capital Station redevelopment: India's first 5-star hotel built in the airspace of an operational railway station.

With over 17 years of practice shaping India's transport infrastructure, civic institutions, and hospitality landmarks, Ravi Ramparia has built a body of work that is both technically rigorous and deeply human. He holds a University Gold Medal in B.Arch from IPSA Rajkot and a Post-Graduate Diploma in 3D Animation and VFX from Vancouver Film School, Canada. The intersection of storytelling and architecture has shaped every project he has designed.
At RRA, our design roots run deep into Vedic principles of space, welcome, and belonging that have shaped Indian architecture for thousands of years. We believe a great building is not measured by its photographs. It is measured by how every person who enters feels, whether they are a CEO, a daily commuter, a pilgrim, or a first-time visitor.
This is the principle behind Tirtha Architecture (तीर्थ): the idea that every building is a sacred crossing point, a threshold where a person moves from one state to another. Our work is to design that crossing deliberately, to honour it, and to make it memorable.
